On May 15th, 2023 a total of 11.5 acres, three lots were acquired in Pulaski, VA.  Addresses include 4431 & 4433 Brookmont Rd.   The properties are now known collectively as "Green Point".

4431 was updated and rented.   It was discovered through research that the 4433 Brookmont Building had formally been known as "Ray's School House" in the Pulaski County VA School System in the 1930s and 40s.  We are currently renovating and researching the history of this property and will update as needed.

A private Lake, Lake Osun is located on the property.  Unfortunately, it had not been maintained.  Development plans include cleaning brush, logs, and debris from the lake so residents of Green Point may enjoy the beauty of the area.
